Last few kg & lbs are so hard to lose, especially if your weight has fluctuated in a certain weight range for most of your life. Had to reevaluate goals & set a new one. On a separate note I had extensive bloodwork done & doctor said I’m in “perfect & ideal health” which is very encouraging. With everything going on I’m just happy to have my health, even if results aren’t quick.
