My BF reading dropped down to around 25% from 26.5%ish. Weighed myself 4-5 times last night with similar results, and again this morning. Either the scale is going wonky or I am getting faster results than I was expecting on the BF front.
Yoga this morning was difficult but nice. Probably sweated more than any of the other workouts so far as well. I wasn't able to get the same flexibility as the video, but will progress in time. I am much more stable on my left foot, but getting better than I have been in the past on my right foot.
The poses I had the most difficulty with involved twisting my back to have an arm point down and the other up. I could not twist my back enough to get anywhere near a straight angle. I am sure as I get rid of my gut that this will improve as well.
I did have to rest between a couple of the poses, but tried to get back in quickly.
If I had to rate my flexibility now, it would be 0-1.5 out of 10.
After 42 minutes....it is much nicer..lol Before that...ugh...."back to plank"
