I didn't weigh in exactly 7 day intervals, but, hey I don't really care about that. As long as I just try to get the routine weigh in done before 2 weeks elapses; that's good enough for me.

So, my weight is holding steady. I haven't been 100% perfect, but I haven't gone off the rails either, so basically I've been in maintence. Losing that last bit is hard. I have to really watch what I eat, to make any kind of headway. However, I'm still very much committed to getting the last 5-7 lbs off. Gotta keep going, or I'll start going backwards!

:-) Good for you! I've resumed my interest in taking the next 'ten' off thanks to you. It would give me that 'better buffer' before next winter hits and I crawl back into the cave with the carbs.

LOL! Winter hibernation does seem to encourage the 10 lbs buffer; especially when your happy living in your bio domes! All I know is from my experience is if you put in the right food in smaller quantities and sweat some; the weight comes off. The last bit does require extra focus and willpower since you need less calories to maintain a lower weight, but we're going get it done Bells *high five*. Take care!
