I didn't weigh in exactly 7 day intervals, but, hey I don't really care about that. As long as I just try to get the routine weigh in done before 2 weeks elapses; that's good enough for me.
So, my weight is holding steady. I haven't been 100% perfect, but I haven't gone off the rails either, so basically I've been in maintence. Losing that last bit is hard. I have to really watch what I eat, to make any kind of headway. However, I'm still very much committed to getting the last 5-7 lbs off. Gotta keep going, or I'll start going backwards!
