This is my dinner. Half a slice of garlic bread with half cup of regular noodles. One half cup of spaghetti meat sauce. Tonight I am also trying green giant spaghetti squash for the first. So far it is not too bad.

Thank you JCordy. For once I feel full after this one plate. This is also the first night in a few days where I have been within a 100 cals of my daily goal because I fell trap to overeating, but I have to say that for the most part I feel good compared to being overly full.

Doesn't the tracking help so much!? I've seeing where I started (2300/day) and where I'm at. I have been so happy with this app. The people on here actually care and it's a really positive version of social media for me. Thanks for friending now we can motivate each other! 🤘❤

I really like the Spaghetti squash as a sub for the noodles - Italian sausage - good sauce and parmesan cheese make it awesome.
