I'm finding it very difficult to eat all the veggies I need to so this morning I put broccoli, sweet peppers, zucchini, onion, and mushrooms in with my 1/2 cup omelet made with Egg Mates (egg substitute). There truly wasn't enough eggs to cover all of it. I really like Atkins but I feel that I can't eat as much food as they want me to. None the less I have lost 5lbs in one week being on it so I'll carry on.
