Got to bed late last night playing XO, so decided that more sleep was more important and will get Shoulders and Arms done this afternoon again.
Ok, I did Shoulders and Arms and ARX over lunch. Really pushed, used the 10lb where I used the 5lb last time.
ARX, I was able to do more than last time. Some of the moves I did kind of in a wimpy modified way, but did them nonetheless.
I feel good.
