Went to the gym this morning and did circuit training for 40 mins. and treadmill for 20 mins. My weight is increasing and I'm not sure why. May be that I'm not eating enough calories so today I'm going to try my hardest to follow the plan perfectly. Good luck me! I'm very constipated too. I've been taking benefiber each day but it doesn't seem to be helping.

Be sure to eat a good salad at both lunch and dinner, and some veggie, like broc or caulif... between that and the fiber, it should help in a day or two... Great job on the exercise!!!
