all this killing me. down a pound one day up a pound the next...watching all my calorie intake and protein...maybe its the carbs that isnt helping. i am still not sure what im doing. im the only one in my house dieting and exercising and it sucks i feel like i have no support. it is much harder when you feel like you have to do it alone....but hey i got this i can do this

some times it helps to measure your waist line. if you see that shrinking, that can be motivating. it doesn't fluctuate as much as the scale. :) PS Dancing is a fun way to get cardio in without feeling like it's work. You can totally do this! :)

Yes it's harder, but worth it. Go to Pinterest and type in "fitness motivation". Those quotes and pics get my butt motivated to stick with it every time.
