Well crap. Starting over yet again. It's been almost 1/2 year since I was eating healthy and exercising. Is it good or bad that I gained 13 pounds? Only 13? A Whopping 13? I'm thinking 'only' because I had started to feel that I'd lost too much weight so I didn't mind gaining the first 5, but now I feel fat and uncomfortable. I started jogging today (well, slow jog/walk/slower jog/walk, but at least I was out there), and writing down my food consumption. I am hoping to take the 12 pounds off in 3 months, given that when you first go on a diet you can usually drop a few pounds pretty quickly. Even the low 130's isn't bad, but something about that 135 is really uncomfortable. So - starting over yet again, feeling crappy that I let myself get out of shape, but good because I stopped the slide before it got out of control.
