Today marks my 2 year anniversary of making a change to my lifestyle - so there is nothing like a quick win! 😉 it took time to pack on the pounds; and it’ll take time to lose it (I realised this early on in my journey)

I’ve embraced a low carb lifestyle together with intermittent fasting and of course calorie counting. This worked REALLY well for me because I had real problems with binge eating and once I start eating I struggle to stop… I am relearning and trying to build a healthy relationship with food continuously!
Again - just so grateful for this community. I think it held me accountable whenever I had weak moments. ❤️❤️❤️
