Dinner after a pretty heavy family lunch and I am still under my RDI. I skipped desert at lunch but ate two digestive biscuits as a treat with my coffee. I am starting to enjoy this journey.

Sorry..still trying to figure out how to comment.🤣 I just fried some onions and mushrooms in a little bit of olive oil. I added some pesto paste to the pasta and mixed everything together. I did weigh and measure mine, seperately to ensur I kept to my KJ count , so 1 cup pasta, 1/4 tsp pesto and 1/2 cup of the mushroom mix plus a tbsp of cheese was what I actuqlly ate.
