New goals for the rest of the week:
No food after 9pm. I think my late night snacking is what makes the scale seem to jump around every morning.
Drink more water!!!!! I know a lot of this is water weight. So I'm gonna drink as much water as possible!

I think the no food after 9pm is a really good goal! I'm really bad with this also - late night snacking definitely affects the scales the next day! i'm gonna add this to one of my goals and find something else to distract me from the kitchen in the eveings!!! I'm gonna try and stick to it for a week...lets see what happens!!
