I did more 5K training today. Today I felt that I have clearly made progress because suddenly the running feels much easier. I'm still winded at the end of each running/jogging interval, but not nearly as much as before and I don't doubt myself like I used to. I feel AMAZING afterward and sometimes even feel up for doing more, but I always stop after half an hour because I know if I do it too much I'll just get sore and then I'll slow myself down. I'm LOVING this!

Good for u curvycrystal! It so great to be able to see a difference in your fitness - theres no better feeling than knowing ur doing something good for ur body, keep up the great work!
