Started out with breakfast and made french toast. My husband wanted bacon so I fried up the bacon. I added syrup to my french but it was so sweet i couldn't eat it. I ate the bacon instead.
Then lunch...not so good either..mac and cheese and brats...I only ate 1/2 half of what I put on my plate.
Went for a walk. Didn't eat Dinner and then ate 3 mini eclairs.
Dianna!!!! What are you thinking????
YOU DON'T LOSE WEIGHT EATING LIKE THIS NOW DO YOU???
Tomorrow I promise to start the day out right.
