I tried on my fat pants the other day and couldn't believe that they were skin tight. That Atkins diet really jacked me up! It has been 3 weeks since I started back to my normal eating habits, and by normal I mean lean proteins, lots and lots of veggies, and some grains. Of course I still eat a cookie hear and there when I want. Anyways, I was 170 (6 feet tall) when I started the Atkins and today I am 177.4. Unreal!!! I am going to slow down on the weight training some and just focus on cardio for now. Watch out running, zumba and stair climber, bring it on!
