I was googling and saw something about mini goals. I think it is a great idea and I am going to use it. Here goes:
My GOALS: 27 May 2009 - Start Weight: 171.6 lbs Goal 1 - 6 lbs loss, 165 lbs by July 17, 2009 Goal 2 - 11 lbs loss, 160lbs. Goal 3 - 16 lbs loss, 155lbs. Goal 4 - 21 lbs loss, 150lbs. Goal 5 - 26 lbs loss, 145lbs. Goal 6 - Stay UNDER 140lbs.
