I'm back on a teleworking schedule, four day out of the 5 work week. That's four days that I wont have a snack bar and vending machines in the same building with me. NO outside peer pressure and add'l stress they bring and leave with me. Four days that I dont have to rush in the mornings stressing about traffic, any delays at the gate to get into the compound the the building my employers leases is on. ( I work in a secured, protected area. This means armed personnal to check ID of everyone, bar wire fences and cameras everwhere.)

Today has been the first in two years that I was relaxed in the morning and had energy after work to do things around the house. I was able to get a fairly diet friendly stew doing, had freshly made oatmeal for breakfast and strawberries to snack on in the afternoon.

I hoping tomorrow morning that I get my butt downstairs to workout before heading upstairs to the office to start my work day. I have a three story house that doesn't look like from the front street.

THIS WILL BE THE START of getting back on track and losing more weight.
