oh man the struggle is real. Not as much the losing weight but the mindset to persevere. I have disappointed myself now too many times - time to bite the proverbial bullet. Maybe this is just the turning 50 talking but honestly I don't have any excuses - I have the knowledge, the tools, and the time - yes, I HAVE THE TIME, just need to use it correctly.
