Day #2, I feel great!! Total abundance of energy. I'm working out about an hour a day. I am staying within the guidelines of a Ketogenic Diet and it's easy. My next phase is to incorporate Intermittent Fasting, The Warrior Diet and see how much I can push my workout; Focusing, on how I feel.

I'll be sixty years old August 30th, I'm a retired U.S. Army Infantry Paratrooper(Sfc/E7). My highest weight recorded almost twenty years after retirement was 306 lbs. Since I started going to the gym; almost a year ago, I lost 36 lbs without dieting. Now I'm putting it all together, The Trifecta, Diet, Lifting Weights, and jogging. This is day two of that effort. I really could not have been able to do this without Jimmy Moore's "Keto Clarity". I have it in the
Audible and Kindle versions, it helps.
