Good morning, still sticking reasonably to a Ketogenic Diet, numbers are good. Exercise is very good. I'm currently lifting weights and Jogging daily. My education in this type of lifestyle is Audio books and Kindle. Monday morning, I'm incorporating Intermittent fasting, at first it will be every other day. This will be the Warrior Diet/ Keto. A 22 Hour Fast followed by a two hour eating window where I will eat a Dinner of Keto allowed foods and lots of water during the day. My primary concern is how it is going to affect my workout program.
