This is Day # 1 of my Keto/ Intermittent Fasting (Warrior Diet), OMAD "One Meal A Day" program.
I jogged this morning and plan on Lifting Weights at 11:30a.
My eating window is 7:00p - 9:00p, tonight.
This is experimental and very bold, but I want to see how hard I can push my workout
while extreme dieting.
I have Bone Broth if needed and I will drink plenty of water.
I've been on a Keto diet for a week now and have not moved the needle on my Keto
breathalyzer. Jimmy Moore "Keto Clarity" says it could take a few weeks so, I have to be patient.
