6/8/22 I got up ate Steak & Eggs and left at 5:30a to go to the gym for a workout before I head to work. Staying w/ Keto I'm temporarily braking my Warrior Fast to take a friend out for lunch; because, of his birthday. I'll get some unsweetened Iced Tea and a Cobb Salad. I'll regroup in a few days. The advantage is I'll still remain in Keto. I used my Keto Breathalyzer last night and blew a 0.0. So, I'm still not adapted to Ketosis, yet. My workouts have been awesome and I feel great!!

Kevin, would a fiber capsule (makes on feel full) or keto coffee ( coffee w/ tsp coconut oil and heavy cream) be a no-no in the morning while intermittent fasting, do you think? Keto coffee is great for macros.
