Fitness Hustler's Notizen, 29 Aug 22

In January 2022 I weighed 86,6kg. I started going to gym however I only started taking my weight loss journey seriously in February 2022. Through multiple weight loss strategies I have lost 19,7kg thus far. My goal weight is 65kg, but I’d like to push myself to 60kg. I have reached a plateau as I’m really struggling to go past 66kg lately. My weight keeps fluctuating between 66kg and 67kg. But I am hopeful that I will conquer and reach my goal weight. 💪🏽
