Back on the diet again, calories are low so far today, shockingly so actually. Been more conscious about what I'm eating.

I need to add in a good breakfast, which I will start doing soon as I begin my workout schedule.

Quitting smoking is going well so far, but I've been here before. I do feel better this time as I got REALLY stressed early this morning and held fast. In the past I would usually cave at the first temptation. So, I guess that's a bright spot.

Probably finish out the night with some fruit or maybe some light popcorn. Maybe another sandwich, I dunno. I actually feel pretty satisfied with what I've eaten today.
