Started my workout regimen this morning. I'm following this circuit workout scheme. It kicked my butt and I felt great, but well worn, afterwards. The only thing I changed is I did 10 pushups on each circuit (rather than one, as it seems to indicate).

Used 5 lb. dumbells today, they were good for the triceps (and everything else), but not enough for the biceps. Will start with my 15 lb. dumbells on the bicep lunges tomorrow and hopefully those won't be too much.

Recovered with some Oatmeal and a tall glass of water for breakfast and I'm ready to face the day.
