Ok, so this morning things seem to be a bit easier on the food/desire to eat front. Have been keeping busy (not stopping me from wanting to eat) and getting things done. Have decided that 3 days a week I will go for 2 walks a day to begin with and eventually will work up to 2 walks a day 7 days a week (eventually....not now) Am really looking forward to the weekend since tomorrow we are going to Kentwell (if you don't know about it this is the info: Kentwell HallIt's part of my weight goal that when I reach goal weight I am going to make myself a tudor court gown (circa 1530-40) and I love going to get more inspiration. If we were staying in the UK for another year I'd totally volunteer to do it next year.
