Yesterday was not the best day. Everything went just fine, but last night I went to a church meeting without having eaten dinner and that ended with me eating a small slice of pizza, a slice of loaf cake and some mini koeksisters. I couldn't weigh. I got home and ate yogurt and fruit. 😳 I logged the first lot on high estimates and will go and add the yogurt and fruit as another guesstimate. Needless to say, it's showing way over my KJ budget, but I actually don't know if it is or isn't over and if it is over, how much it is over, so I am going to try and keepnit slightly under today.
