Second journal entry today... just had to pop in.

Lunch was catered today and I held fast, I am very proud of myself.

I grabbed two "half" sandwiches, one smoked turkey on texas toast, and one pastrami on rye. Also grabbed some potato chips and some pasta salad. I ended up only eating the turkey sandwich (removed the mayo), a few chips, and a small piece of pastrami. After that I was satisfied and actually STOPPED EATING!!! w00t!

Gave my pasta salad and the pastrami sandwich to someone else.

I had set myself up for about 700 calories for lunch and came away only taking in about 500. Still a lot of calories for lunch, but much better than I had originally planned. Just have to make for a lighter dinner (already planned to) and little/no snacks tonight.

Feels good.
