So yesterday was a guessing day. I couldn't log in food, because it wasn't my own food. Sometimes I will "wing it" by looking up something similar on the site, but since I can't weigh it, it really is a guessing game. I usually end up eating less, because I try to always manage my portion sizes.Yesterday was Chinese food so I have no idea what the calories were but I could at least restrict the amount I eat.

proud of you friend, just keep pushing forward! my challenge was peppermint tart, fresh bread......had the tart lol......and snug bread when no one was watching. well, we start again today. YOU got this!
