I have been running -- rest day was Sunday. Today started back. Have not been consistent with logging in food or exercise -- but believe you me, it's happening! Then church kids suggested a challenge of most miles in one month -- month ends Aug 13th. Posting on Facebook what I'm doing each morning. Will be interesting for sure! Not over doing it -- I have a tendency to challenge myself more than I need to, then get burned out because I cannot ever seem to live up to my own expectations. Anyway -- just wanted to check in!
