Hey, I bet you thought I was abducted by aliens or something--because it's been so long since I added an entry. Well, to be honest although I have been trying to make better nutritional choices and eat less I have not been particularly successful. I am ready to get back on the scale next week and see what it says (I'm waiting until my current menses is done and hopefully I won't be so bloated--and my weight will be more accurate).

Other things impacting my eating and weight now are the different meds I am on. My PCP switched the med type and dose and we have to keep jigging it until we find something that works for me. She chose this alternative one because unlike the other alternatives this one is not particularly prone to making you gain weight. So...we will see.
