I started exercising last night. Did 30 Minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of weights and exercises. Did the weights, then the cardio. After the cardio, I felt very loose and could touch my toes without bending my knees. Flexibility has been an issue with me, in that I don't have any. Hopefully over time, this will change.

I felt very good after finally getting off my butt. I will continue a similar routine each day and see how things go. I think riding on my exercise bike for at least 30 minutes a day will make a large impact.

I have always felt unsure when exercising, with weights, stretches, etc.. because I don't know much, or feel I don't. With time, this should change as well.

I think I will try and integrate into the circuit training that Andrew is doing, as he has 'expertise' that I can tap. I am intending on keeping up the cardio, which is more than his routine calls for.

In addition to all this, I am also going to try and keep up with the 'hundred pushups' routine. I can do about 12 pushups consecutively. The last couple nights I've done 25 pushups in 2-3 sets. I printed out the booklet and will try and do the 3rd column. I think the 2nd column isn't enough, but the third might be too much. We'll just have to see.
