According to the scale, my weight has been all over the place! What a mess!

I have 4 weeks till vacation. I'm going to try this cheat day/weekend theory and see what happens. I've been reading a lot about different ones - The Spike Diet, 4 Hour Body, Cheater's Diet, etc. The premise is pretty much the same for all of them. Eat clean all week, and eat more on the cheat day. One says to eat whatever and however much on that day, another says to eat 10 extra calories per pound you weigh. I'll play with it. It would be hard for me to eat 2900 calories in one day, so the latter rule might not work for me anyway. I naturally eat low carb, and have really plateaued. So I figured, might as well give it a shot, what else have I got to lose except the weight?

The next 4 weeks might get pretty intensivel though to stay on track to lose 10 pounds. Of course, now that I've put on a couple of extra pounds, I now have 14 pounds to lose if I want to get to 140, but I think I will see how I feel as I get closer to see if I really need to go that low. I'm 5'7 and rather muscular so I might not need to. But like I said, we'll see.
