Got caught short today - had to fly up to the main city for a meeting..flew out early and so hd no breakfast and then for lunch it was a working lunch - which meant we were stuck in the boardroom and had lunch bought in - there was Sandwiches and Sushi (and of course cake) I panicked was totally unprepared..so i had to calm down and think ok, i'm gonna go for the sandwich as that has the most protein in it and so i had a chicken sald sandwich and egg/ham sandwich - I didnt' feel good about it- but knew that this was the best decision as sushi didn't have enough protein and i really needed the protein from the chicken, ham and egg. The good news was that I didn't eat any sweets or cakes - and just ate an Atkin bar that I have on hand should i feel a craving coming on!
So all in all a bit of a fizzer day- but tonight i came home to a crockpot full of ingredients I could eat so i indulged!
