Did my second day of the hundred pushups routine
Set 1 - 10 Set 2 - 12 Set 3 - 8 Set 4 - 8 Set 5 - 13 (This set, you are supposed to do as many as you can, with a minimum of 9) Total - 51
Saturday, will go up to 57 pushups.
My weight is down to 224lbs as well. I am hoping that I can keep the ups and downs to a minimum.
One thing I have changed is my lunch time. I eat breakfast first (ish) thing in the morning. I would then wait til Noon to eat lunch, even if I was starving. I think that by making myself weight, I was passing some 'hunger point of no return,' because after lunch, I would still be very hungry. I'm gonna change my lunch to early, probably around 11am or so, unless I get really hungry before. I worked well yesterday. I hope it does again today.
