The book recommends a French Press Method. but apparently he worst thing you can use are disposable paper filters that soak up most of the good oils from the coffee. I found a reusable filter at Walmart called EVRI COFFEE FILT'R. You can really see he oils and taste the difference.

One of the best coffee methods of brewing that I've ever found was via the AeroPress. The inventor goes in somewhat indepth in the whole brewing process, temps, grinds, etc... An AeroPress teamed with an adjustable water kettle brews some amazing coffee/espresso. #SrsCoffeeSnob

My favorite store: Tierra Farms sells AeroPress. I will save up for one! Thanks for the tip FH

The brewing process is like a french press, but the grind is near espresso. Provided you don't use boiling water to brew with, you'll get such a new flavor and lots of notes depending on the source of the bean. We even brewed Kopi Luwak through the AeroPress to make sure we were getting the best experience possible.
