This weight loss is amazing right now, but I just don't like how fatsecret is telling that I'm losing too fast. It's just how my body is letting go of fat. I may lose a couple more lbs and then stall out for a week. Research from the people whose plan I follow say that your body takes a break after 20-30lbs. I noticed after 25lbs my body did just that. I quit losing weight for a little bit and now I'm losing weight like I did when I first started. My goal is to weigh 216 at Christmas and I hope I go past it. I would love to say that I lost 50lbs to my MIL who likes to look down her nose at me! 206 would be 50lbs gone for me. But, right now shooting for 216!
