so I have done somewhat ok this past week. today was not my highlight. I have kept up w/ my workout for the week and watched what I was eating. today not so good at all. My challenge starts tomorrow. so I am ready for it. Upside of my week. put on some pants today that were a not as snug as they were over a week ago. Yea for me....I will be glad to see the scale back down below 130. Hopefully I shall see that within the next 2 no more than 3 weeks. ; )
