Jason inspired this (although I remain jealous about how much easier it is for men to change their bodies, sigh) ... mostly clean eating. 2000/ 30 min jump rope four times a week and 30 min weights three times a week. End 28 July. Lets see how this goes!

PS. Not discounting anyones hard work... just what I have seen/ researched. Our hormones don't exactly help us as women and men ofcourse have mooorrree testosterone.
