my weigh in today was before I had my breakfast so would probably be closer to the one recorded on Friday. had a slight accident yesterday and slipped on am ice patch and twisted something. in hockey they would refer to it as an upper body injury. so needless to say I have had to call into work sick. feel like such a wimp :( oh well better safe then sorry.
