ok so i see the problem. . .i eat way to much food and it is high in carbs and fat. . .normally my breakfasts and lunches are way healthier, my dinners however are still a problem. . .it makes me sick to look back at what i have consumed during the day, i have to get a grip on this and SOON! tommorrow is another day, wish me luck!

Just remember that recording what you eat is a "LEARNING" process. Its not something to be stressed about, but something too look at over time. By recording it, you can look back and decide to make changes. Those changes don't have to be drastic. Simply making one meal better can be a good start. Please trust me that stress (and worrying) and weight loss do not mix well. It will happen for you, and I know that you can do it. It takes time :)
