Oh, yes, I totally went there... If you look at my food entry from yesterday, you'll see that I WAY overdid it at Golden Corral... But the thing is, I was SO exhausted.

I considered not plugging in the information, considering the damage is done either way, but I have sworn to faithfully relate every food detail! This will give me more willpower for today.

On the plus side, I hit the treadmill today and jogged 20 minutes in 1 go -- 30 minutes total. That's more than I've ever done before! I expected to feel shitty today from last night's binge, but I didn't.
