well it's Monday. I did as I always do and weighed in. yesterday despite good intentions I ended up doing nothing except read, and entertain some drop in guests. my happiness slipped to annoyance. however I did try regroup my happiness with the aid of peanut butter. yes that is my go to food. people often tell me it's okay because I don't eat meat... but what people do not know is that I will eat it like others would eat ice cream, or the fact that I could eat it for every meal plus snacks... so not so "ok". I seriously believe between the laziness yesterday and over indulgence on the pnb I had a small gain. I will recoup from it, just have to readjust a few things and all will be good.
my new motto: my body is under renovation, so it's going to look messy and mistakes will need to be corrected, but in the end result will be amazing and worth all the hard work. :)
