Interesting.
I didn't work out for four days, drank lots of beer, ate a ton of pizza, corn dogs, KC BBQ, and ramen.
And somehow I'm down a little. Maybe I really DO need to increase my calorie intake to boost my metabolism.
Had a physical on Thursday last week, I'm at 18% bodyfat as measured on a Tanita Body Composition scale. I had originally guessed I was around 16%, so not too far off I suppose. Trying to hit 10-12% by January, I think I can do it.
