My 2 younger grandkids are spending the week here with us. I love having them and they are big enough now that they are no trouble at all, just keep their tummies full! My MIL is still in the rehab at the hospital and making progress. She did have a setback when X-rays showed the big pin in the top of the femur has shifted, so now she is non weight bearing on that leg. If it moves any more she will have to have surgery all over again and start back at square 1. We will know in another week or so. Praying in the meantime!! Been doing good on carbs and calories. Better portion control. Last week's pound is gone, but still working on the 2 from the week before. I go to the doctor tomorrow to discuss the labs and get results from the ultrasound.
