I seem to be stalled. Metabolism continues to be sluggish. Staying on the plan and since the weather has been cooperative, I have actually been a little more active than usual but still no drop. Continue to have "irregularity" despite a probiotic, daily magnesium, and senna. I'll just keep plodding along...not changing my plan, I just think I have to wait it out.
