well it has been a long time since I have been on here. alot of stuff has been going on and I just need to slow down. My family and I just bought a new house and are trying to get moved in but I am working way to much overtime so it is slow going but as soon as we are all moved in I have decided to start working out again. so please keep me in your prayers.
