ok say since the 31st of dec i have just eaten more and more and more. . . I hate new years. the pressure of the ocasion and now the fact things are so uncertain due to the recession. today i have consumed so much bad crap serious amounts of calories... drank the same yesterday. . . oh the story just get worse and worse. . . so this week i'm going back to weight watchers meetings. . . but which day I haven't got the heart to go tomorrow. . . I think I weigh more than i have recoreded . . . I hate the sickly feeling from over eating eating all this bad food doesn't make me feel good. I'm turning a new leaf tomorrow not because its new years because i need too for me.
