Boy, was last night hard. I did give in some and snacked but I tried to record it and make sure I only ate portion size. Had major munchies last night. Hope today is not as hard.

its ok as long as you RECORD everything, and track everything you will be fine. It happens to all of us!

the weekend was super hard for me, too. maybe if we all let ourselves slip a little bit (not too much :-) on saturdays, we will actually be able to get through the rest of the week?
