Ohhh...work is doing a potluck this week, I hate it when they do that its sooo hard to eat healthy with all the good, yummy stuff people bring in. Theme is mexican. I think of that and I think of all the yummy cheese. Does anyone have any good recipes or ideas on what I could bring that good, as well as, fairly good for my diet?

Work through lunch ? LOL Just Kidding :-). That is a tough one....tortillas, chips, etc and the calories add up fast. Guacamole (if you make it yourself) is fairly healthy but it probably is a lot of ww points as they don't seem to care about healthy fats in avocado vs bad fats. Maybe black beans and brown rice? Spicy chicken?

I would go with some kind of chicken dish. You could also make a salsa with fresh tomatoes and onions. Get low fat chips to go with it. Work lunches are hard. Good luck
